Reiki
Reiki has been known to promote pain relief, increase rate of recovery from injury, relieve stress and anxiety, ease muscle tension, energize and balance the body and mind, and so much more! Reiki is a training that uses hands and energy to promote healing of the body and mind using spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands”, whether in person or virtually, and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Self Hypnosis
7th Path Self Hypnosis
The 7th Path™ acts like a deprogramming device that removes old limiting beliefs and patterns. We call this process the “Emptying of the Cup.” During this phase of 7th Path™, the system works like anti-virus software for the mind, ridding you of all erroneous programming from the past that is getting in the way of your happiness, success and feelings of confidence.
Once some cup-emptying has been accomplished, then the practitioner can use the system to make just about any kind of improvement that he or she wants to make in life. For example the practitioner can become more confident, improve self-esteem, improve mood, become more motivated or overcome bad habits, addictions and compulsions.
You can learn the 7th Path™ by working directly with a hypnotherapist in individual one-on-one sessions or in classes with other students. The process is simple and would generally follow this structure:
First receive an introduction to hypnosis, where you learn about hypnosis and the subconscious mind.
There will be a demonstration of hypnosis where you get to see how it works and ask questions.
Then you will learn all about how the system works and how you can “empty the cup.”
Then you will get to learn how to induce hypnosis in yourself and give yourself the 7th Path™ suggestions.
There will be lots of time to ask questions and practice your new skill.
7 - 1 hr sessions weekly, 1 follow up session - $600
